Ordering
1.We assign items to customers based on first comment/email first serve basis.
2.For in stock items, they will be on hold for 24 hours before being passed on to the next customer.
3.Reservations are only allowed on case by case basis.
4.For customers who opt for meet ups, payment has to be made first.

Mailing

1.All mailing will be done within 24 hours of payment unless the item is not an in stock, or the next 24 hours falls on the weekend
2.Normal mail is free for mailing list members
3.Registered mail is charged at $2.24 for any amount of items.
4.We are not responsible for lost normal mail, that said if you do not receive your items within 1 week of us mailing them out,
let us know immediately.The faster we file the report at the post office, the less likely your items will be gone for good.

Defected/Wrong Items

1.We do check items before sending them out, but if you receive a defected/wrong item, and there is no stock for replacement we will offer a full refund. However if we believe that the item has been tampered with/deliberately vandalized, there will be no refund, or replacement offered.
2.What to do if you have received a defected item?
Take a close up picture of the defect(or in the case of a wrong item sent just mail us about it), and a full length view of the item and mail it to us at azaleadreams@gmail.com.Do so within 3 days of receiving the item.The maximum time limit is within 2 weeks after we have sent out the item.
